Diastema: This is what we call a diastema. You have multiple options. I recommend braces for the first treatment option so that teeth are not damaged from being shaved down as they would have to be for the other two options. Invisalign and six month smile are good options for braces for people with diastemas. The other options include veneers or crowns.

Iceberg: Sometimes space (diastema) between front teeth is because of small tooth size, improperly positioned teeth, or heavy gum tissue tag between front teeth.
