Unusual: Ovarian cysts usually do not cause any symptoms unless they are very large or ruptured or there is bleeding into the cyst. Attributing nausea to ovarian cysts without pelvic pain may be erroneous. Perhaps a pregnancy test is necessary. Otherwise, keep a track of your nausea and when it happens. Any relation to food? Only in the morning? Associated pain or headaches?

Yes: Some ovarian cysts may produce hormones which may lead to nausea. Much like the nausea that some women experience when taking a hormone containing birth control medication.
