Please tell me, could i grow taller after 19 years age ?

Likely not: It all depends on when you started puberty. Are you male or female? Generally speaking, girls start their menstrual cycles at approx age 11-12 at which time their growth plates start closing and it is impossible to grow after they are fully closed. This takes a few years. Rapid growth occurs just before menses and tapers off drastically after approx 3-4 years.

Unlikely to happen: At nineteen your growth centers have likely closed and you are unlikely to grow taller.If you want to know for sure an x-ray of your wrist ; hand can be analysed for bone maturity ; tell if the growth centers remain open to new growth.Good nutrition, rest and exercise allow a person to reach their tallest height while the opposite will stunt growth.
