Unusual problem: I don't recall ever having a patient with this specific condition whereas osteoporosis and osteopenia are far more common. I would need to know about the specific condition and the degree of bone fragility. Smaller silicone implants may be recommended as a precaution. Alternatively fat transfer may be a good alternative to avoid i plants altogether if seeking a small augmentation.
