Not sure what u mean: Fragile bones? I am not sure what you mean by that? To some degrees ribs are fragile but they are also flexible and can bend and deform without fracture. This commonly occurs following breast augmentation and is of no consequence. However if you have severe osteomalacia/osteoporosis/osteopenia, then breast augmentation may not be adviseable.
