No: Paget's disease of the breast is a process distinctly separate from paget's disease of bone. The breast disorder is also called erosive adenomatosis, and is like eczema, but has a high correlation with breast cancer. Paget's of bone is a disease of osteoclasts, with remodeling of bone. The latter is rarely associated with sarcoma of bone, but the 2 kinds of cancer are unrelated.
