Bad like a tumour or something - but on the other hand i read about costochondritis and maybe this is more likely, what do you recommend?

Need more info: You didn't describe your symptoms but costochondritis is an inflammation of the cartilage that attaches our ribs to our breastplate. It can be quite painful but usually resolves after a few days with the help of Motrin or other nonsteroidals.
