Sounds like : Rhinitis and irritated nasal mucosa . Rinse your nostril with saline solution, then apply neosporin ointment to promote healing. Also take some allergy medicines eg claritin, Allegra or zyrtec available otc .If your eyes are dry, apply some artificial tears to lubricate it. Buy zaditor (ketotifen) eye drops otc if with allergic conjunctivitis. No better, do schedule an appointment with your physician.

Multiple: Possibilities. It could be as simple as a common cold, or allergy, it may be early stage of flu. Rarely it may be the starting point of an autoimmune disorder. If it is common cold or flu you will get additional symptoms like runny nose, fever and may be cough. If it is not resolved in a week or so, or if it gets worse, it would be time to see your doctor.
