Probably: It sounds like you have an upper respiratory infection (a "cold"). Rest, fluids, time and symptomatic care usually take care of it. However if you develop fevers, a bad sore throat, significant sinus pain/pressure, or if your symptoms persist more than 10-14 days you should probably see your doctor for an eval.
