Use nasal: saline spray for your nose and cepacol lozenges for your throat. Monitor yourself and see if you develop additional symptoms or getting better. If not see your doctor.

Possible allergies: Symptoms you describe sound like allergies. First line treatment includes enviromental control (avoiding exposure to what you may be allergic to) and an antihistamine/decongestant combination. Several brands are available over the counter. Take Care
