Nasal congestion/ear: May be TMJ (temporomandibular joint) syndrome ( do you feel cracking when placing fingers in front of ears and opening mouth?) or possibly gastrointestinal reflux -can try prevacid /ranitidine if not allergic or just an upper respiratory infection or sinusitis/otitis. Rarely can even be lyme disease. F/U with doc
