Today my 3montgs old slept for 9 hours.from 10pm to 7pm without nursing.does it diminish milk supply?(he nurses 7-8 times in 24 hour)

Not permanent. : You may notice one of two things. (1) you may feel quite engorged with milk. Or (2) you may not release as much milk as usual when your baby nurses this morning. The more you nurse, the more milk you produce...in the long term. Nursing today can improve your milk supply again.

Mgt/workup: Since he slept more than usual, I would suggest checking his temperature and ensuring adequate fluid intake. If he has fewer diapers than usual, seems listless, he may be developing an infection. Premature infants can be prone to more infections and following vaccination schedules including the flu vaccine is advised.
