Sleep can be a real: Issue for people w bipolar disorder ; anxiety. See that you take abilify, (aripiprazole) Cymbalta ; alprazolam. The first thing i would want to do is to get the bipolar disorder under control because that can really impact sleep. Did starting Cymbalta effect your sleep? If that was an issue - i might reconsider the antidepressant. I would also want to ensure that you were using excellent sleep hygiene. Even.

Your psychiatrist: The psychiatrist who knows you best and knows the medications that comprise your history is the best person to work with you on that question. It might also make sense to talk about a referral to a sleep clinic that could work together as a team with your doctor and you on solving the problem.
