Correct me if I am wrong, but you are asking what shall I take to sleep better because my mind is racing? Why not try changing you routine so as to in clude a diciplined exercise acitivity, like going for a walk after you evening meal and avoid all visual stimulation from the computer for at least an hour before retiring to bed. Don't look to medication.
