While have a yeast infection is it ok to use the terconazole vaginal cream while pregnant and 3cm dilated? will it harm the baby?

Terconazole: This is a category c medication, but taken vaginally is unlikely to be absorbed in sufficient concentration to harm a fetus. This safety assessment does not account for possible exposure of the fetus through direct transfer of terconazole from an irritated vagina by diffusion across amniotic membranes.
