All things equal: That is if you are immunocompetent and otherwise healthy, your recovery would be the same. We treat the symptoms only (except for flu as there is treatment now) for comfort. Rest and fluids is all you need otherwise.

None: To be honest with you - none of the listed will cure it faster. It depends on your immune system and the severity of the flu. Both medications and home remedies only give you symptomatic relief. Tamiflu (oseltamivir) has been shown to shorten the flu for about 24 hours, but i've not been impressed with this medication and it is only effective if taken withing the first 24 hours since the onset.
