Sorry, you can't: This isn't possible. Once a cold or similar upper respiratory infection starts, you're in for the full deal, usually a week or so. You can help reduce symptoms with aspirin, paracetamol, and related drugs, nasal decongestants, etc. But that's about all. Sorry!
