Cough, breathing : I would recommend that you take Tamiflu for acute onset of flu symptoms. Since you have been sick for a month, a secondary infection may be possible. Strep testing and a sputum sample may be sent to provide your physician with further information. A course of antibiotics and a Chest Radiograph may be indicated.
