Usually the exam: Having a foreign object thrust into your respiratory tract and moved around damages and irritates the tissue linings. This should not last very long and is treated with anti-inflammatory and anti-pain medications. It will improve.

Either: Do you have any other symptoms of a virus such as fever, chills, malaise? Inform the endoscopist and let them check it out.
