Healed by now: Pars fracture which is 7 months old should have healed by now one way or the other. It may not have healed perfectly but the scar tissue has been formed already. If it is bothering you, that's a different story. This needs to be examined. There may be treatment available based on the presentation but without doing xrays and examining you, it's hard to tell.

Possibly: There are probably many times people will have an episode of severe pain, will rest it, and over several weeks it will get better and they never really get fully evaluated. Some of those people probably had pats fractures that healed and were never treated. There are studies such as MRI/ct/or bone scan that will show if your fracture has the potential to heal. I would discuss with your doctor.
