Can a pt be a candidate for TKR if they have chronic knee pain without severe arthritis? I've had 4 previous surgeries & still have debilitating pain.
I have tried NSAIDS . Was previously on 800 mg ibuprofen 3x a day. Caused stomach issues. Was put on tramadol. No difference in pain despite taking it 4x a day. Have been given cortisone shots .
