Lt facial discomfort: I assume you have been examined by your medical doctor and/or an ENT specialist. Your next step should be an exam by a dentist. The symptoms you are having may be related to tmj/tmd. This is most often due to bruxism (chronic teeth grinding and/or clenching), a bad bite, or loss of teeth. See your dentist or one who specializes in TMJ problems.

Evaluation: Have you been evaluated by an. Ent? If you have not this would be the first thing you should do. These symptoms can be related. If you have see an ENT then the next step would be to see a dentist that treats TMJ , possibly an oral surgeon or prosthodontist.
