Otalgia: Headache on one side of head tends to involve earache on the same side due to Vagus nerve innervation of both ear drum and meninges. If you have no discharge from your operated and perforated ear, you do not have an ear infection. See your ENT if you had a canal down mastoidectomy which will require regular cleaning by ENT every 6-12 months.
