Moderate: If she is healthy, her risk is fairly low as long as you are not running a fever and practicing proper hygiene. If you are running fever, you are more contagious and should avoid contact with her as much as possible. Further, if you are coughing or sneezing, you should wear a mask to avoid droplet spread in your home and around her. Clean all common objects (doorknobs, remotes, etc) well.

Avoid spreading...: In order to avoid spreading the bacteria or virus causing your pneumonia, you should wash your hands frequently, especially prior to touching the baby. Cover your mouth/nose prior to sneezing and coughing with your elbow so that the organisms will not be in the air or on your hands. Disinfecting surfaces frequently touched by others like doorknobs, phones, toys, etc. Can help as well.

Pneumonia: Term applies to infection of lung and whether it is communicable to family will depend on the causative agent. Some are not transmissible by inhalation. If she has a cold and cough this may be viral or atypical pneumonia and she should recover rapidly. Be alert for any changes in behavior or symptoms and go back to pediatrician asap if there is any question. Babies get very sick very quickly.
