Mouthwash: If you brush & floss regularly, it's probably a matter of personal preference or what your dentist recommends.

Listerine: I'm a big fan of listerine. I recommend rinsing with listerine once a day for 30 seconds. Spit out and don't rinse with water. It's a very good antiseptic mouthwash for oral tissue health. Don't overdo it...Once a day is plenty.
