Unequal leg lengths: Usally those boots make the leg a bit longer on the injured side so this throws off the gait and can put extra stress on the opposite side / a shoe with a thicker sole may help sketchers are a brand that has somewhat thicker soles and these some times help talk to your orthopedist about this good luck.
