What would a lymph node in the neck look like/feel like of someone who has lymphoma?

Firm and large, nont: Lymph nodes are often enlarged(more than 2cm) if there is lymphoma in it and they are usually multiple. They would be firm to rubbery in consistency and are often non tender. If you have a node larger than 2 cm in size a biopsy may be indicated to determine the cause.

See below...: First, the assessment of an enlarged lymph node should be performed by a professional, therefore consulting your physician is strongly recommended. But to answer your question, lymph nodes involved by lymphoma are usually hard, firm, with a rubbery consistency, sometime adherent to the neighboring tissues which makes them hard to move under the skin, and continuously growing.
