Can't be sure: A single enlarged node in the neck can have multiple causes and certainly needs to be evaluated by an ENT physician or general surgeon. They may recommend biopsy to determine exactly what the node is. Suggest you have your primary care evaluate first and schedule referral. Thanks for trusting HealthTap!
