Depends: Right after a cesarean the best exercise is walking. Walking with the baby in a body carrier, or even pushing a stroller is okay, so long as not to heavy of a stroller. After about 8 weeks, can consider going to gym and doing more cardio. Want to avoid heavy lifting > 20 pounds for about 3 months. Avoid sit ups and any other exericse that puts pressure on your abdomen. Talk to doctor as well.
