Once not always: There was a time when the rule was: once a c/section - always a c/section, meaning, repeat pregnancies had all to be ended by c/section. This is not so any more. It now depends very much on the reason for the first c/section which will determine, if subsequent deliveries will have to be done via a repeat c/section.
