Varies: The number of cesareans a women elects to have is part of her personal preference and part of informed consent. There are increased risks with each subsequent cs, including need for blood transfusion & hysterectomy. Some conditions increase with multiple cs and could be life threatening (placenta previa and accreta). Risks do rise at 3 cs & more. This must be thoroughly considered.

Yes, but...: The risks increase with each c-section. The record i find for the most c-sections on 1 woman is 13; most obs discourage women who have had 3 from having another baby, & would consider yours a risky pregnancy, but that doesn't mean you can't do it, or that you would have complications, just that the risk is higher.
