Parasites: You need to take this to your doctor's office and have it examined, as well as having ova and parasite exam of your stool. Three centimeters is fairly large and there are few parasites in the usa which fit this description. It may be a piece of undigested material you swallowed, or conceivably a worm, but as above, it needs to be seen to be diagnosed.
