Stress management...: There are some simple stress management techniques that you can learn quickly, but i would also encourage you to get into psychotherapy ; start talking about what is stressing you out. Let me know how if you need additional help.

Source of stress: Somehow have to get to your source of stress- what triggers your anxiety. In my profession, many patients were terribly anxious about dentists and dentistry. We spent a lot of time talking with them, educating them to modern dental procedures. In your case, talk to someone- family or professional.
