See a doctor: Without further info would hesitate to comment on the accuracy of the recommendation, but would definitely want this advice confirmed by a physician rather than leaving this to an anp. The radiologist should always report all findings on the imaging studies and then allow the doctor to decide on the clinical relevance of the data.
