Multiple causes: With a normal TSH it is not hypothyroidism. You may have increased levels of testosterone and a derivative, dihydrotestosterone. At age 23 you may be on birth control drugs that is causing hair loss. Also autoimmune diseases may be associated with hair loss. See a gynecologist or endocrinologist.
