Had thyroid test for hair loss, result came back normal tsh and t3 but slightly high t4. is there problem with my thyroid? can it be the reason why i'm having hair loss?

Very unlikely. I would do family tree for hair loss in men and women and see if it runs in family first. Then discuss with your Dr.
