Throbbing headache in back of head and forehead and throbbing in face, sore neck, ringing in ears and vision affected ?

Go to ER: The symptoms you are describing could mean anything from a simple viral associated headache or an atypical migraine to something more serious such as meningitis or a leaking aneurysm. In short it needs an examination by a doctor immediately to rule out anything more sinister.
