Sinusitis?: Multiple teeth hurting on the top is often related to sinus issues. Imaging may or may not show anything but get your sinuses checked if no dental pathology is present.

Muscle pain: Could be a trigger point(point of muscle that is tighten up) in your neck/ shoulder area referring pain to the top of your head. Take your hand and press hard all along the trapezius muscle(top of your shoulders and neck) and then up the back of your neck. Also press on your sternocleidomastoid muscle(runs from behind jaw down side of neck). See if sends any pain to top of head.mayfindsourcepain
