It means you need a careful history, physical exam and repeat blood tests but discuss with your Dr who knows you. We do not.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, take oral iron, multivitamins and vitamin D available in your pharmacy. If your did not consult a doctor, it would be prudent to tod that. Wish you good health!

In view of abnormal liver enzymes, slightly elevated lipoprotein A, I would start with a hepatologist or gastroenterologist to test for hepatitis,or fatty liver. Iron deficiency anemia in a young woman is usually caused by monthly menstrual blood loss. Elevated hscrp is a sign of inflammation. Low vitamin D level calls or vit D supplements.
