How can a very obese person have a hr of 77 and someone slim have a heart rate of 90+? is the obese person healthier because of her heart rate?

Heart rate: Heart rate has many contributing factors. Obesity or lack thereof is but one of those and the rate alone doesn't dictate whether one is more or less healthy.

Variables: Weight is only one variable. Degree of physical activity, mental state, foods eaten, medications taken, health of the left ventricle, state of hydration, wakefulness, time of day, and many other factors determine heart rate.
