Could be: Some people may have symptoms associated with ovulation. Pms usually occur closer to mensuration.

Not PMS: Pms is very specific it starts right before your period and ends when the period starts. What you are describing does not sound like pms since it is midcycle. Keep a menstrual diary for the next few months tracking your cycles and symptoms. Bring that to an obgyn for review.
