Vaginal discharge: Patient around your age can sometimes experience abnormal uterine bleeding. Perimenopause can start around 40 y/o but most commonly around 45 y/o. Intersmentrual bleeding must always be evaluated to rule our endometrial cancer, abnormal pap smear or intrauterine pathology like fibroids or polyps. See your obgyn for possible ultrasound and physical examination.
