Very possibly: Labor requires a change in your cervix, which we can only tell with an exam. The likelihood of labor gets higher with more regular, longer, and harder contractions, but women can have contractions every 2-3 mintues without being in labor. You need an exam to see if your bag of waters is broken and see if your cervix is changing. Do that soon (like now).
