You may be in labor!: You need to contact your doctor's office IMMEDIATELY and describe your symptoms....or just go to the hospital and be evaluated. That is probably the best. Don't drive yourself, but GO NOW! There's nothing else to even consider what this might be until labor has been excluded. GO NOW! Good wishes:)
