Late period: The most important thing to do is to get another pregancy test. Early pregnancies can be missed, and sounds like you got tested very early. Otherwise you need to consider various menstrual disorders such as polycystic ovaries, dysfunctional uterine bleeding, endometriosis, or even possible pelvic infections.
