Any : Any vaginal bleeding during pregnancy is abnormal and should be evaluated by your ob/gyne or midwife immediately. You should call them right away since it could be something serious such as a placental abruption which can put you and your baby at risk. Being sent home from the l&d might be frustrating, but would be a good thing in the end since that would mean that you and the baby are healthy and fine.
