Balanced diet: In general, the safest way to eat is to choose more NATURAL foods and avoid foods which are produced in a factory. Think of what cavemen used to eat, or even people from biblical times, thousands of years ago. Lots of fruits, vegetables, nuts, beans, meat, poultry and fish. No sugar, minimal flour and grains. If animals CAN find it in the wild, it's probably better for you.
