Go to the ER: Vomiting blood can be very serious. In bulwmics, the retching can cause a tear at the bottom of the esophagus called a mallory-weiss tear. If very deep, this tear can be very serious. The only way to tell is to have your blood count levels and blood pressure checked in the er to see if you need an urgent endoscopy or not. Good luck.
