Blood : Blood pressure at this level definitely needs treatment, but it is not an emergency. You should discuss it with your doctor or a nurse in your doctor's office tomorrow and plan to be evaluated for treating your high blood pressure. It will probably be best to have him clear you for an exercise program as well, as that heart rate is unusually high, unless you are exercising.
