Gesundheit!: You're right! sounds like hay fever. You can try over the counter allergy medicine like Loratadine pills and allergy eye drops. Also nasal saline rinses (neti pot or neil med spray bottle) wash out pollen that triggers allergies. Talk with your regular doc for more help. Good luck!
